Every Groomer Is Reviewed Personally
We look at each application ourselves, and every groomer has a driver's license on file. It stays private.
Your Address Stays Private
Groomers see your ZIP before accepting. Your address is shared only after a booking is accepted, and only with a mobile groomer. Salon groomers never get your home address.
Payment Is Held Until a Groomer Accepts

Questions, Answered Plainly
What if I cancel more than 24 hours before the groom?
You get a full refund. Nobody is charged and nobody is paid.
What if I cancel inside 24 hours?
You're charged 50% of the price. FurQuote keeps $15 of that and the groomer gets the rest.
What if the groomer doesn't show up, or cancels late?
You're refunded 100%, and the groomer gets a strike. Three strikes means a 30-day suspension.
What is the PIN?
Every booking comes with a 4-digit PIN that only you can see. You give it to the groomer at hand-off, when they arrive or you drop your dog off. Entering it proves they showed up, and starts your 24-hour window to flag a problem. If you don't flag one, the groom counts as done.
How far ahead can I request a groom?
Any start time more than 24 hours from now and up to 7 days ahead. Your card is held when you request, and charged only when a groomer accepts.
What if nobody accepts my request?
Requests close 24 hours before the start time, and the hold on your card is released.
What does the groomer see about me?
Before accepting: your dog's profile, the service, the time and your ZIP. After accepting: your name and phone, and your address only if they're a mobile groomer. Salon groomers never get your home address.
What do I see about the groomer?
Once a groomer accepts, you see their business name and whether they're a salon or mobile. For a salon, you also get the salon's address. A groomer's phone stays private.
What if I'm not happy with the groom?
Flag it within 24 hours of giving your PIN, with photos. The groomer has 48 hours to offer a redo or a partial refund from their payout.
